Cal. Food & Agric. Code § 29024 — Apiary Board is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
The term of office of the members of the board is four years. Appointments shall be for full four-year terms. The director shall solicit the views of the industry, including, but not limited to, the California State Beekeeper’s Association before allowing any member to serve as a member of the board; however, no person shall serve successive terms as a member of the board.
