“Shareholder” means:

Cal. Fin. Code § 4805.16 — Definitions is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
“Shareholder” means:
(a) When used with respect to a California state savings association that is authorized to issue guarantee stock, a holder of record of a share of guarantee stock.
(b) When used with respect to a federal savings association that is authorized to issue capital stock, a holder of record of a share of capital stock.
