A minor cannot do any of the following:

Cal. Fam. Code § 6701 — Capacity to Contract is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
A minor cannot do any of the following:
(a) Give a delegation of power.
(b) Make a contract relating to real property or any interest therein.
(c) Make a contract relating to any personal property not in the immediate possession or control of the minor.
