The established mailed ballot election dates are as follows:

Cal. Elec. Code § 1500 — Mail Ballot Elections is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
The established mailed ballot election dates are as follows:
(a) The first Tuesday after the first Monday in May of each year.
(b) The last Tuesday in August of each year.
