As used in this article, unless the context requires otherwise, the following definitions apply:
Citator
Cal. Educ. Code § 89297 — Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander Student Achievement Program is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
As used in this article, unless the context requires otherwise, the following definitions apply:
(a) “AANHPI” means Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander.
(b) “Program” means the AANHPI Student Achievement Program established pursuant to this article.
