Cal. Educ. Code § 88260 — Assumption by County Superintendent of Schools of the Operation of a Community College District’s Data Processing Center is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
The provisions of this article shall become applicable upon the execution of an agreement between a county superintendent of schools and a community college district governing board providing for the assumption by the county superintendent of schools of a data processing center operated by the community college district.
