Cal. Educ. Code § 69564.3 — California Student Opportunity and Access Program is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
Contingent upon sufficient funding provided for this purpose in the annual Budget Act or other statute, the commission shall ensure that at least one consortium is established, in accordance with Section 69561, to serve the pupils of Orange County. The commission shall retain authority over a consortium established pursuant to this section.
