Cal. Educ. Code § 60110 — Instructional Materials on Alcohol and Drug Education is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
It is the intent of the Legislature that the State Board of Education give high priority to the adoption of instructional materials on alcohol, drug, and traffic safety education for classroom use by teachers and pupils. The materials shall be designed to assist the teacher in presenting instruction on alcohol, drug, and traffic safety education and to meet the needs of pupils at their respective grade levels. The materials shall be accurate, objective, and current.
