Cal. Educ. Code § 44463 — Teacher Education Internship Act of 1967 is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
An intern shall have the right to change school districts upon completion of a school contract year and become an intern in a new school district if recommended by the new school district. A new application recommending issuance of a new internship credential shall be submitted by the school district in behalf of the individual and the renewal procedures shall be followed.
