As used in this chapter, the following definitions apply:
Citator
Cal. Educ. Code § 44420.5 — Revocation and Suspension of Certification Documents is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
As used in this chapter, the following definitions apply:
(a) “Institution of higher education” has the same meaning as used in Section 44203.
(b) “Regionally accredited” has the same meaning as used in Section 44203.
