It is the intent of the Legislature to enact future legislation to do both of the following:

Cal. Educ. Code § 33803 — Office of Civil Rights is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
It is the intent of the Legislature to enact future legislation to do both of the following:
(a) Establish coordinators to be employed within the office to prevent and address discrimination and bias.
(b) Enact the duties and responsibilities of the coordinators.
