For purposes of this chapter, the following definitions apply:
Citator
Cal. Educ. Code § 33800 — Office of Civil Rights is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
For purposes of this chapter, the following definitions apply:
(a) “Local educational agency” means a school district, county office of education, or charter school.
(b) “Office” means the Office of Civil Rights established pursuant to Section 33801.
