Cal. Educ. Code § 33551 — Educational Management and Evaluation Commission is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
The Members of the Legislature appointed to the commission pursuant to Section 33550 shall have the powers and duties of a joint legislative committee on the subject of educational management and evaluation and shall meet with, and participate in, the work of the commission to the extent that this participation is not incompatible with their positions as Members of the Legislature.
The Members of the Legislature appointed to the commission shall serve at the pleasure of the appointing power.
