For purposes of this article, the following definitions shall apply:
Citator
Cal. Educ. Code § 33475.2 — The California Stem Cell and Biotechnology Education and Workforce Development Act of 2009 is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
For purposes of this article, the following definitions shall apply:
(a) “CIRM” means the California Institute for Regenerative Medicine.
(b) “Department” means the State Department of Education.
