The State Librarian may do both of the following:
Citator
Cal. Educ. Code § 19322 — Powers and Duties is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
The State Librarian may do both of the following:
(a) Contract directly with counties, cities, or districts within this state, agencies of the state, and agencies of the United States government for the purpose of providing library services.
(b) Establish and operate library service centers.
