Prior to the hearing required by subdivision (a) of Section 1861.6, the defendant shall be served with all of the following:

Cal. Civ. Code § 1861.7 — Innkeepers is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
Prior to the hearing required by subdivision (a) of Section 1861.6, the defendant shall be served with all of the following:
(a) A copy of the summons and complaint.
(b) Notice of application and hearing.
(c) A copy of the application and any affidavit filed in support thereof.
