Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 7641 — Embalmers is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
It is unlawful for any person to embalm a body, or engage in, or hold himself or herself out as engaged in practice as an embalmer, unless he or she is licensed by the bureau.
