Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 22902.5 — Fair Practices of Equipment Manufacturers, Distributors, Wholesalers, and Dealers Act is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
Nothing in this chapter permits the offering or enforcement of a provision in a dealer contract that requires a dealer to comply with a minimum price-fixing provision or any other provision to limit competition. For purposes of this chapter, a provision in a dealer contract providing for exclusive territorial rights and its corresponding provisions shall not be prohibited.
