Mr. Justice Brewer, after stating the case, delivered the opinion of the court. No one can read the facts above stated, as found by the Circuit Court, without being impressed that the transactions between the county and the company, culminating in the delivery of the bonds to the latter, were had in the utmost good faith. There was no misrepresentation, concealment or fraud. The work done by the company in constructing the railroad ivas obvious and satisfactory.
