Per Curiam, Both of the questions presented by the specifications of error, *207were rightly decided by the orphans’ court. It is unnecessary to add anything to what has been said by the learned president of that court, and we therefore affirm the decree on his opinion. Decree affirmed, and appeal dismissed with costs to be paid by appellant.
