IN RE: BETTYE GALLAGHER APPLYING FOR WRIT OF CERTIORARI, PROHIBITION, MANDAMUS AND HABEAS CORPUS.

[1] Writ refused. The showing made is insufficient to warrant the exercise of our jurisdiction.

[2] BARHAM, J., is of opinion the writ should be granted. R.S.14:82proscribing "indiscriminate intercourse with males for compensation" by females is patently constitutionally deficient.West Page 841
