OPINION O’CONNOR, Justice. This case involves a suit to recover damages for a subrogation interest. The trial court directed a verdict against one of the plaintiffs, and submitted the rest of the case to the jury. After the jury found the defendant was not negligent, the trial court rendered a take-nothing judgment for the plaintiffs. We reverse and remand for a new trial.
