Stark App. No. 2003 CA 00092, 2004-Ohio-2538. This cause is pending before this court as an appeal from the Court of Appeals for Stark County. Upon consideration of appellee Bank One Corporation’s motion to realign the parties for purposes of oral argument, IT IS ORDERED by the court that the motion to realign be, and hereby is, granted and that appellee Bank One Corporation shall share the time allotted to appellant.
