TURSI, Judge. Defendant appeals his convictions of first degree sexual assault, second degree kidnapping, violent crime, and habitual criminality. We reverse and remand for a new trial. The record reveals that shortly after midnight, three women were leaving a bar in Pueblo when a man approached them with a gun and ordered them into their car. Eventually, the man parked the car, ordered the three to undress, and sexually assaulted one of them.
