BAZELON, Senior Circuit Judge. Appellant, Bennie E. Barnes, appeals the denial without a hearing of his petition to vacate his sentence under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 (1976). The question presented is whether “the files and records of the case conclusively show that the prisoner is entitled to no relief” 1 on the claim that his statements to the police were involuntary and should not have been admitted at his trial. We reverse and remand for a hearing.
