HEANEY, Circuit Judge. Felix Jelinek appeals from a district court order granting summary judgment to the defendant Secretary of Health and Human Services (Secretary). That order affirmed the Secretary’s decision to deny Jeli-nek’s application for social security disability benefits. For the reasons set forth below, we reverse the order of the district court, and remand for further proceedings. Jelinek is a fifty-seven-year-old man with the equivalent of a high school education.
