FAIRCHILD, Circuit Judge. Petitioner-appellant Maurice Green (“Green”) was convicted of murder, aggravated criminal sexual assault and unlawful restraint in Illinois state court following a jury trial. Green challenges the murder conviction, contending that instructions given his jury violated his federal due process rights. He appeals from a judgment of the district court denying his petition for a writ of habe-as corpus. We affirm.
