KILEY, Circuit Judge. Defendant Community School Corporation (Board) appeals from a judgment for plaintiff Carpenter declaring Wawa-see High School’s1 1970-71 dress code provisions regulating the length and style of hair for male students void as violative of due process. The district court enjoined enforcement of that part of the code. We affirm. The dress code was developed by a committee of students, teachers and administrators.
