Edwards, Circuit Judge. This is a complaint alleging violation of the equal protection clause of the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution. It is brought on behalf of two pregnant school teachers in the Cleveland school system under the Civil Bights Act of 1871, 42 U.. S. Code, Section 1983 (1970).
