PER CURIAM: As questions of time present such urgency as we approach the beginning of the new school year September 1969-70, the court requested in advance of argument that the parties submit proposed opinion-orders modeled after some of our recent school desegregation cases. We have drawn freely upon these proposed opinion-orders. These are twenty-five school desegregation cases in a consolidated appeal from an en banc decision of the U. S. District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi.
