PER CURIAM: We AFFIRM on the basis of the opinion of the district court, 527 F.Supp. 824, with the additional finding which follows. The district court did not discuss in its opinion an issue which has been raised by the Rowan Companies in its appeal. At the outset of the trial the district court ordered the sequestration of the witnesses, including Mr. Robert G. McCary, who was the person placed in charge of the moving of the drilling rig Rowan/Odessa.
