BUTZNER, Senior Circuit Judge: Steven H. Riddle, Shahbaz S. Zarintash, Jerome O. Lili, and Marshall Mechanik, convicted of drug related offenses, assign as principal error the district court’s denial of their motion to dismiss the indictment because the prosecutor violated Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 6(d).1 Mark D. Chadwick, charged with conspiracy, appeals the district court’s denial of a judgment of acquittal after the jury was unable to reach a verdict.
