CRAVEN, Circuit Judge: This is an appeal from an order of the district court requiring of the defendant Board of Education more specificity in its plan for desegregation of the Harnett County Schools. This is the second appeal of the School Board, and again we affirm the order of the district court. The first appeal was from an order entered August 21, 1964. The district court found at that time that there were 13,000 students in the Harnett County Schools, approximately 6,000 of whom were Negroes. Of the 20 public schools then operated by the county, six were attended solely by Negroes, and no Negro pupil had been assigned or transferred to a school attended solely or largely by pupils of another race.
