Because we conclude that Ross Hermanson's vehicle was not an underinsured motor vehicle as defined in the policies, each of which provides underinsured motorist benefits in an amount greater than the statutory minimum for the purchase of automobile liability *707insurance in Wisconsin, we reverse that portion of the judgment which awarded UIM benefits. ¶ 2.
