Per Curiam. This suit was originally brought by the Indianapolis Water Company to restrain the enforcement of an order of the Public Service Commission of Indiana fixing a temporary schedule of rates pending the Commission’s investigation. The District Court of three judges (28 U. S. C. 380) denied an interlocutory injunction and the temporary rates became effective.
