In this proceeding on November 24, 1919, this court affirmed the judgment of the United States District Court for the District of Kansas rendered upon a verdict convicting the plaintiff in error of murder in the first degree. Ante, 15. A petition for rehearing has been presented. It has been considered, and we find occasion to notice only so *381 much thereof as refers to the refusal of the court below to sustain the plaintiff in error’s challenge for cause as to the juror Williamson.
