MADDOX, Justice. This cause is remanded on the authority of Ex parte Branch, 526 So.2d, 609 (Ala. 1987). REMANDED. TORBERT, C.J., and JONES, ALMON, SHORES and ADAMS, JJ., concur. On remand, Ala.Cr.App., 530 So.2d 249.
