Mr. Presiding Justice Edwards delivered the opinion of the court. Appellee, a minor, suing by guardian, recovered a verdict and judgment for $28,500 in the city court of East St. Louis, against appellant, for personal injuries sustained by her as the result of a collision between a bus owned by the latter and a car in which appellee was riding as a passenger. Numerous grounds are assigned for a reversal of the judgment.
