JERRE S. WILLIAMS, Circuit Judge: Appellant, Frederick George Bright, sued Houston Northwest Medical Center Surviv- or, Inc. (Northwest) for overtime compensation under the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. § 201, et seq. The district court granted summary judgment for Northwest. Convinced that a genuine issue of material fact exists and that Bright’s case cannot be decided as a matter of law, we reverse.
