ON REMAND FROM THE SUPREME COURT OF THE UNITED STATES Before VANCE and JOHNSON, Circuit Judges, and ALLGOOD * , District Judge, PER CURIAM: The order of the Supreme Court, — U.S. -, 104 S.Ct. 2652, 81 L.Ed.2d 360, in this case provided in part as follows: May 29, 1984. On petition for writ of certiorari to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. The motion of petitioner for leave to proceed in forma pauperis is granted. The petition for writ of certiorari is granted limited to Question 1(B) presented by the petition. The opinion of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia on this question, which the Court of Appeals adopted without separate discussion, may be flawed in at least one respect.
