GRONER, Associate Justice. She said she purchased the shares of stock in reliance upon representations made to her by the Capitol Company and the New York Company, and that the representations were false, fraudulent, and deceitful. She averred that the representations were made by the Capitol Company and the New York Company acting in concert and in furtherance of a common purpose and design to deceive and defraud. The declaration was in two counts.
