PER CURIAM: This is an appeal from the dismissal of a suit for damages for alleged violations of federal civil rights under 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983, 1985, 1986, and 1988. The district judge granted the defendants’ motions to dismiss for failure to state a claim upon which relief could be granted. We affirm. This case originated with an investigation into missing motor vehicle sales tax receipts within the Webb County Tax Assessor-Collector’s Office in Webb County, Texas. The missing receipts resulted in a deficiency of approximately $265,000.
