PER CURIAM. Defendant appeals from a back-pay award made by the district judge of $2,500 in a Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, sex discrimination case and plaintiff cross-appeals from an award of $1,000 in attorney’s fees. On appeal, defendant-appellant does not contest the determination that plaintiff, a home economics teacher, was unlawfully required to discontinue teaching after the fifth month of pregnancy. Instead, it contends, although it did not before the district court, that because it is a public agency established by the State of Ohio, the Eleventh Amendment precludes an award against it. We recently considered this issue in another case and concluded that the Eleventh Amendment “is not a bar to an award that may be satisfied out of a county’s treasury.” Incarcerated Men of Allen County Jail v.
