GEE, Circuit Judge: This diversity tort suit requires us to consider how a Florida court would conclude a Kentucky court would decide a point which neither1 has yet passed upon. Plaintiff Lloyd Wooten worked for a Florida food company as a long-haul truck driver. He drove a truck-tractor of the type known as cab-over-engine made by defendant White Motor Corporation (White). On July 18, 1971, in Kentucky, Mr. Wooten was approaching a toll plaza by crossing a high bridge, in train behind another truck and a mobile home.
