TUTTLE, Chief Judge. This is an appeal from an order of the district court affirming an order of the Referee in Bankruptcy granting a discharge by Jack F. Browder. The bankruptcy proceedings involved both Browder personally and Browder Construction Company, of which Browder was an equal partner with one Jones. The principal basis of appellant’s objection to the discharge in bankruptcy is that Browder individually had violated 11 U.S.C.A. § 32, sub. c(3) 1 in that he *35filed false financial statements with appellant for the purpose of obtaining bid and contract bonds in connection with construction contracts in which his company was engaged.
