GOODRICH, Circuit Judge. This is an appeal from a conviction of Amedeo in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. The sole question is whether the evidence against him is sufficient to uphold his conviction. Since the jury has found against him all facts and permissible inferences therefrom stand in favor of the prosecution. Amedeo was indicted with two men named respectively Mastrocola and Rieciardi.
