PRETTYMAN, Circuit Judge. This is a petition for leave to proceed on appeal in forma pauperis. Cash and a co-defendant were convicted of robbery. Cash alone petitioned the District Court for leave to appeal. That court denied the petition with the notation “not taken in good faith.” Cash then filed a similar pro se petition in this court.
