SPARKS, Circuit Judge. By these actions plaintiff seeks to recover triple damages from defendants under the Federal anti-trust laws, for alleged violation of Title 15 U.S.C.A. § 13(a), (c), (d) and (f). The court submitted the case to the jury for a special verdict upon whether the plaintiff was damaged as the proximate result of the defendant’s violation of that section of the statute, and if so, the amount of such damage. The verdict was that plaintiff was not thus damaged. At the close of plaintiff’s evidence, each', defendant moved for a directed verdict in its favor, which was denied.
