ARNOLD, Associate Justice. Appellant was convicted of murder in the first degree and sentenced to death. The evidence was more than sufficient to sustain the verdict. Only one of the grounds for error presented on this appeal merits discussion. It appears that appellant was arrested on Saturday, May 8, 1943.
