OPINION
On appeal, the defendant has asked us to reconsider our opinion inJohnsonin light of the recent Supreme Court decisions inUnited States v. Morrison,529 U.S. 598,120 S.Ct. 1740,146 L.Ed.2d 658(2000), andJones v. United States,529 U.S. 848,120 S.Ct. 1904,146 L.Ed.2d 902(2000). Because we do not construeMorrisonorJonesto establish a change in the law that requires us to overrule the previous decision of another panel of this court, we decline to reconsider our decision inJohnson. See United States v. Najjar,300 F.3d 466,486n. 8 (4th Cir. 2002).
Accordingly, the judgment of the district court isAFFIRMED.
